PDA in Schools: A Teacher Guide
The "PDA in Schools - A New Way of Seeing, A New Way of Supporting" course, presented by Dana Baltutis, focuses on supporting children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) in school settings. The training addresses what PDA is, its significance with regard to learning, how anxiety and autonomy affect behaviour, and ways to reframe challenges compassionately. Practical classroom strategies and planning tools are also provided.
The course is aimed at teachers, learning support staff, school leaders, and anyone working with neurodivergent students.
